PORK CHOP BAKE 
2 tbsp. cooking oil
6 lean pork chops
4 lg. potatoes, sliced
6 lg. carrots
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. boiling water

Brown chops, arrange potatoes and carrots in 9x13 inch pan. Pour mushroom soup over and mix slightly. Top with chops. Combine soup and water and pour over. Cover with foil. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
