BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 c. rice long grain
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 c. celery, diced
2 lg. onions
1/2 bottle soy sauce
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms

Cover rice with water and let stand while preparing remaining ingredients. Brown meats and add celery and onions. Let simmer 5 minutes; add soy sauce, which is salty, so use no extra salt, mushroom soup, and mushrooms. Drain rice and mix with other ingredients. Put into casserole. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour (after 1/2 hour, stir well.)
