SCALLOPED BROCCOLI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 can cream corn
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli and onion in 1 1/2 quart dish, covered, on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring once. Drain if necessary. Stir in rest of ingredients. Cook, covered, at 70% power for 5 minutes.
