SAUSAGE NOODLE BAKE 
1/2 lb. uncooked egg noodles
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. sliced black olives
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese or Mozzarella, divided

Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain. In medium skillet, combine sausage, onion and pepper. Cook until sausage is no longer pink and green pepper is tender, drain. Stir in tomato sauce, water, olives, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.

Combine noodles, sauce and 1 cup of the cheese; mix well. Pour into 3-quart casserole. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of the cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot, 20 to 30 minutes.
