W.'S SAUSAGE NOODLE BAKE 
2 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage with sage
3 ribs celery, diced
1 med. onion, diced
2 sm. jars pimento, drained
1 c. uncooked rice
2 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup
4 c. water
1/2 c. green pepper, diced (optional)

Add the rice and noodle soup in 4 cups water and bring to boil and simmer about 4-5 minutes. Put lid on and let set 5 minutes or more. Brown sausage and drain. Mix everything together and put in dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
