CHEESY SAUSAGE NOODLE BAKE 
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can (11 oz.) cheddar cheese soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Prepare noodles as package directs. Brown sausage, onion and celery in skillet; pour off grease. Mix noodles, sausage mixture and soups in 9 x 13 inch long baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly. For milder flavor, use mild sausage.
