SAUSAGE NOODLE BAKE 
1 lb. bulk sausage, brown with 1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/4 grated American cheese
2/3 c. (sm. can) evaporated milk or whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. drained, cooked noodles

Combine all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Top with 1/2 cup crushed cracker crumbs mixed with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
