CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
2 lg. cans (7 oz.) diced Ortega green chilies

Use 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Use butter to grease pan.

Mix 2 cups of milk, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. flour and a pinch of salt to taste.

Start with a layer of cheese and then chilies. Alternate until all are used. Pour mixture over cheese and chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
