MEXICAN SKILLET DISH 
2 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced green pepper
2 lg. can tomatoes
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

Brown sausage, onion and green pepper in skillet. Pour off grease. Add tomatoes, macaroni and seasonings and sour cream.

Cover. Cook slowly on low heat for 10 minutes. Uncover. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 5.
