VEGETABLE BEEF SKILLET DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 c. cubed green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, fresh, frozen or canned
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
3 c. cooked rice

Brown beef in skillet, stirring occasionally to break up meat. Add onion and green pepper; cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except rice; stir well. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice or separately. Serves 6.
