MARINATED VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (No. 303) can French-style green beans, drained
1 (No. 303) can tiny English peas, drained
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 sm. white onion, chopped
2 pieces celery, chopped
1 or 2 pimentos, chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. (scant) sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water

Place vegetables into bowl in layers; salt as desired. Mix oil, sugar, paprika, vinegar and water; stir until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture over vegetables. Marinate for 24 hours; drain before serving. Yields 8 servings.
