HOT BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2-3 c. cubed chicken, cooked
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix well and pour into casserole dish. Cook 15 minutes. Crush Ritz crackers, crumble until mixture is covered 1/4" deep. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Bake at 325 degrees.
