STRING BEANS (WITH MUSHROOM
SOUP)
 
2 sm. cans or 1 lg. can french style string beans
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, optional
Salt and pepper to taste

Place alternate layers in casserole of string beans, onion, soup and almonds. Repeat. Top with almonds and bread crumbs. Cook at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.
