MEAT MARINADE 
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. wine or cider vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
6 tbsp. lemon juice (bottled)
Parsley flakes
Salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine ingredients. Pierce meat and put into marinade in a flat casserole. Let stand at room temperature (if not too warm a day) for 2 to 3 hours, turning periodically.
