MEAT MARINADE (BEEF) 
1/2 c. apple juice
1 bottle red wine vinegar salad dressing
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 or 2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. chives
1 onion, thinly sliced
Thick round steak (or any beef steak)

Add all ingredients except meat into container with a lid. Shake well. Place meat in a large Ziplock bag. Pour marinade mixture in bag. Squeeze out all air bubbles. Be sure meat is covered on all sides. It may be helpful to place in a baking dish close to the size of the meat. Refrigerate over night. Meat can be grilled or broiled. Cooking time depends on thickness of meat and desired doneness of meat.

Left over meat can be cubed. With extra marinade sauce turned into gravy add 1 tablespoon vinegar and meat. Makes great second dinner.
