CHICKEN CHINESE STIR-FRY 
2-3 c. skinless chicken, cut in bite sized pieces
1 pkg. frozen Chinese vegetables
1/3 c. Yoshida's Oriental Sauce

Spray pan with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook for about 4 minutes. Add frozen vegetables and Yoshida's. Cook approximately 3 or 4 more minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Serve over hot rice.
