POTATO BAKE 
1 bag frozen hash browns (cubes)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. bag grated Cheddar cheese
1 chopped white onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/2 stick butter
Pam non-stick spray
1/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Melt butter and continue to mix until all ingredients are blended together. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 10.
