CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT DESSERT 
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. chocolate covered graham crackers
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. crushed peppermint candy

Crush chocolate covered graham crackers, reserving 1 cup. Spread remaining in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over graham crackers. Top with remaining graham crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours, cut into squares for serving.
