JENNIFER'S CHEESY CRAB DIP 
Best with crispy pita chips for dippin'.

2 (6 oz. ea.) cans lump crab meat
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) block sharp cheddar cheese, grated (reserve some for top)
1 (8 oz.) block pepper jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, chopped
1 (7 oz.) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (Goya)
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, being sure not to break up the crab too much. Put in a casserole dish and top with reserved sharp cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350°F until hot, bubbly and golden brown. Enjoy!!! :)
