DANISH PECANS | |
2 egg whites 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 lb. pecans (4 c.) Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Melt butter. Add nuts to egg whites. Pour mixture into butter and mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Stir every 10 minutes. |
