CHICKEN WITH WINE AND MUSHROOM
SAUCE
 
1 pkg. white meat chicken fillets
Flour
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. cooking wine (white)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Lemon pepper
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Chopped onions
Chopped garlic

Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Brown in skillet with hot cooking oil, onions and garlic. Add cooking wine (more or less depending on amount of chicken).

Add lemon juice, sliced, mushrooms, sprinkle mixture with lemon pepper. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover pan and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve over steamed rice.
