BOHEMIAN RYE BREAD | |
1 c. scalded milk 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. oil 3 tbsp. dark molasses 3/4 c. cold water 2 env. yeast mixed in 1/4 c. hot water 6 c. rye flour Mix all ingredients together. Then knead dough on floured board for 7 minutes. Cover dough. keep it warm. Let it raise until double in size. Knead down and let it rise again. Then make into 2 loaves and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. |
