BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
About 2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
3 pods crushed garlic
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
Portion of Blue cheese

This dressing is best made by taste. If vinegar taste is too strong, add a bit more sugar. Add catsup for color.

After ingredients are assembled, mix in blender with cheese. Put in covered dish in refrigerator. Withhold some of the basic dressing for other kinds, like poppy seed.
