BLUE CHEESE OR ROQUEFORT
DRESSING
 
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash garlic powder
1/2 lb. cheese (blue or Roquefort)

Put all ingredients except cheese in blender, mix until smooth. Add crumbled cheese. Mix 1/2 second.
