BLUE CHEESE OR ROQUEFORT
DRESSING
 
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. vinegar
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. blue or roquefort cheese

Put all ingredients but cheese in a blender. Mix until smooth, then stir in cheese. Keeps well in refrigerator.
