BURGER BITES 
Few drops water
1 drop green food coloring
1/4 c. flaked coconut
48 vanilla wafers
24 chocolate-covered pepper-mint patties

1. Place half of vanilla wafers, flat side up, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with a mint patty. Place in the 350 degree oven about 1 minute or just until chocolate mint patty begins to soften.

2. Sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon tinted coconut. Top with another vanilla wafer. Press gently.

3. With a clean paint brush pastry brush or a finger, brush the top vanilla wafers with just enough water to moisten so the sesame seeds or poppy seed will stick.

4. Sprinkle each cookie with a little sesame seed or poppy seed and serve.
