ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
Unbaked 10" pie pastry
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
3/4 c. shredded zucchini
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed basil
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2 c. half and half

Line 10" pie plate with unbaked pastry. Sprinkle cheese, onion and zucchini over pastry. Beat eggs with wire whisk. Add herbs and half and half and mix well with whisk. Pour into pie plate. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Turn down to 300 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer. Allow quiche to cool slightly before cutting. Serves 6 to 8.
