2 c. zucchini, chopped
1 c. tomato, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven 350 degrees. Grease pan. Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in pan. Blend milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serves 6.
