MAMMY'S CORN CAKES 
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. creamed corn
Butter or bacon drippings

Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs until light and foamy. Stir in corn and dry ingredients. Mix well.

Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto a hot, well greased griddle. Fry until golden brown on each side.

Makes 12 (3 inch) cakes.
