CAULIFLOWER & TOMATOES | |
2 boxes cauliflower 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs 2 c. grated Swiss cheese 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 3 med. skinned tomatoes Cook cauliflower flowerets until tender; drain. Melt butter, stir in dry bread crumbs (seasoned). Cool. Add grated Swiss cheese, celery salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 mixture into glass baking dish. Put cauliflower and sliced tomatoes. Top with remaining mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
