BACON CHEDDAR PUFFS 
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
2 tbsp. Parkay, cut into sm. pieces
2 eggs
4 bacon slices, cut and crumbled
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bring milk and Parkay to boil over medium heat. Add flour all at once, stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball and leaves side of pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Add remaining ingredients.

Drop teaspoonfuls on greased foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Wrap securely; freeze. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 3 dozen.
