EGGS AND BACON BRUNCH 
7 eggs, beaten
1 c. table cream
1 lg. onion, diced
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. bacon
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
1/2 box seasoned croutons

Cover the bottom of a buttered 9"x13" baking dish with croutons. Fry bacon until crisp and drain. Use a little of the grease to saute the onion until clear. Break up the bacon and spread on top of onion. In a small bowl, mix together the cheese and flour. Spread over the top of the bacon. In medium bowl combine beaten eggs, cream, milk and allspice. Pour on top of everything. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
