CHICKEN STUFFING BALLS 
3 boneless cooked chicken breast cut up
2 loaves cubed bread
1 medium chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick melted butter
3 beaten eggs

Mix together and form into medium sized balls. Wrap each in aluminum foil. Place in uncovered roaster or baking dish and bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.

Note: Can also be wrapped in foil, frozen, and baked later.
