ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. jar mild (or hot) taco sauce
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. flour tortilla shells
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Hot chilies, optional

Brown and drain hamburger. Can substitute cooked chicken or turkey. Mix the meat with the two soups, taco sauce and milk in a bowl. Tear tortilla shells in to small pieces. Grate cheeses.

In a 9 x 13 inch cake pan layer 1/2 of the meat mixture on bottom. Then add 1/2 of the tortilla shells. The next layer is 1/2 of the two cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
