ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, diced
1/3 bell pepper, diced
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 pkg. corn tortilla shells
1 pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger with onions and green peppers. Salt and pepper. Drain. Pour soup and water into hamburger mix. Simmer. Pour some of mixture in bottom of casserole dish. Add layers of tortillas; add mixture and so on. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Put cheddar cheese over top and bake for 5 more minutes.
