HOT WATER PIE CRUST | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/2 c. boiling water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. plain flour, more or less Melt butter in the hot water. Stir in the oil and salt. Add the flour and enough of the plain flour to make the dough easy to handle. Makes enough dough for 2 pie crusts. |
