IMPOSSIBLE MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco mix
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/2 c. onions, chopped
4 oz. green chiles, chopped
1 1/4 c. milk

Lightly grease a 10-inch pie pan. Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in taco mix. Spread in pie pan. Sprinkle with chiles and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over beef mixture and bake until golden brown in 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
