1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
Hot peppers (optional)
8 oz. hot pepper cheese (grated)
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 egg

Brown hamburger with seasoning mix. Line bottom of cake pan with meat. Cover with onions, green peppers and hot peppers. Cover with grated cheese. Mix Bisquick, milk and egg together with fork. Pour over ingredients in cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until crust is brown. Serve with taco sauce. You can use any kind of cheese if you don't like hot pepper cheese.
