PIZZERIA SPAGHETTI WITH THE
WORKS
 
8 lg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 med. green peppers, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Saute first 5 ingredients in oil until onion is translucent. Add oregano and basil. Saute 3 minutes. Keep warm and set aside. In saucepan, simmer sauce until heated. Top spaghetti with sauce, Parmesan cheese, vegetable mixture, and Mozzarella cheese.
