OLD BAY BUTTER WING SAUCE 
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning (Lawry's)
1 tsp. Chinese red pepper seasoning (Louisiana; optional if you like hot spice)

Melt butter in saucepan, stir in other ingredients. Let simmer until well blended, do not boil.

Put sauce in a large bowl and add baked or fried chicken wings. Roll or lightly toss wings in sauce until coated. Serve and enjoy!
