PINEAPPLE DELIGHT CAKE 
1 pkg. pineapple cake mix
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 cans (#202) crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tsp. pineapple flavoring

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Put cake mix in bowl (reserve 1 cup) and blend in oil and flavoring. Spread this in bottom of pan (13x9).

Drain pineapple. Beat cream cheese and add eggs one at a time, then add the cup of cake mix, juice, milk. Put crushed pineapple over mixture in pan and top with cheese mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, test with knife.
