ORANGE PINEAPPLE DELIGHT CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden Cake Mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges

Cake directions: (IGNORE DIRECTIONS ON BACK OF CAKE MIX).

Put dry cake mix in bowl. Add oil. Add eggs. Add oranges and juice. Use electric mixer and mix for 3 or 4 minutes. Make sure oranges are blended.

Divide into 3 greased and lightly floured 8 inch cake pans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack.

ICING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Combine pudding, pineapple and juice. Add Cool Whip and blend. Spread between layers, top, and sides of cake. Keep refrigerated. This cake may be frozen and served later.
