POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. potatoes
1 bottle Italian dressing (not creamy)
2 tsp. Italian seasonings
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped olives (green with pimento)
Mayonnaise
Salt, pepper

Cook potatoes until fairly soft. Cool. Cut into small pieces. Add everything (except mayonnaise) and mix. Let this stand for at least 4 hours. Just before serving, add mayonnaise.
