BEER BREAD | |
3 c. self-rising flour (or 3 c. all-purpose flour with 1 tsp. baking power and 1/2 tsp. baking soda) 1/2 c. sugar 1 (12 oz.) can beer (not diet) Mix dry ingredients and pour beer in slowly. It will look like Bisquick. Put in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until done. |
