BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour or 4 c. biscuit mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can bottle or can of beer

Put flour or biscuit mix into large bowl; add beer and mix thoroughly. Spread in a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree F. oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Makes 1 loaf.
