2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
5 beaten eggs
1/2 c. beer
2 tbsp. oil

Combine dry ingredients. Set aside. Combine liquid ingredients and add to dry mixture. Mix with fork. Pour onto preheated frying pan and cook until golden.
