1 lb. ground beef or turkey
3/4 c. applesauce
1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. catsup mixed with 3/4 c. water

Combine all ingredients except catsup. Shape into meatballs. Place in baking dish. Pour catsup mix over. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
