CHERRY FUDGE 
Drain the juice from a small bottle of maraschino cherries into a cup; add enough milk to make a cupful. Add the mixture to two cups of sugar, and cook to the soft ball stage. Add one tablespoon butter and allow it cool, lukewarm. Break the cherries into small pieces, add to the fudge with a small cupful of nut meats and 12 marshmallows (quartered). Beat until creamy and pour into buttered dish to cool.
