GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (#303) cans drained green beans
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Saute onion in butter. Gradually stir in flour, water, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Simmer 3 minutes. Add green beans and sour cream. Put into a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
