RHUBARB TORTE 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9"x13" pan. 1/2 c. milk 1 3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 4 c. diced rhubarb

Mix with fork and add rhubarb. Pour on baked crust and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat 3 egg whites. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over torte. Sprinkle with coconut. Brown at 375 degrees about 10 to 15 minutes.
